websites trying to work out what the best body building program would be for me. Like you, I went
through every single site pulling out workout routines. Trying to figure out what to do in what

burning pills to get my body fat down. That is the problem when you are looking through information yourself,
putting the picture together from bodybuilding websites is really difficult and often
ends up in you wasting money and time.

You can search loads of websites and still
find no useful information what so ever. The best thing I ever did was get a personal trainer, but I was lucky
because my partner was a food scientist. So without her additional nutrition and diet tips I would be lost and I
would still be just necking protein drinks and eating crap everyday.
I now have a body fat off 14% and weigh in
at 15 stone. So I am happy with my progression. Also I train with my brother who is really really into his body
building so I have both the motivation and the tools to get what I want. I only train 4 times a week with the
maximum training time being 45mins. Anything after 45mins will build up cortisol and start to eat away at your
muscles. I don't train like a heavyweight anymore neither which was what you tend to do when you first get into
lifting weights.
You soon learn though that lifting the
heavy weights is fine but your tendons and joints need to be able to manage it too. I never get injuries but my
brother who is a heavy lifter continuously gets them. So do yourself a favour invest in a good body building program today so
you can avoid all the pitfalls.
